Chris "Cmags" Cimaglio had been an HVAC technician for various companies and was a longtime employee of Carjon before deciding to start his own company. By the time Cmags HVAC opened its doors in 2013, he already had nearly twenty years in the trade behind him, dating back to his HVAC certification from NEIT in 1994. He has since attended many trainings and classes to obtain the licenses and certifications that let him serve customers directly, without a layer of salespeople in between.

Chris writes every estimate himself. There is no salesperson in the loop and no commission stacked on top of what the job actually needs. He got his HVAC certification from NEIT in 1994 and has kept attending trainings and classes since, picking up the licenses and certifications that let him serve customers directly: EPA-Certified, QIV-Certified and Carbon Monoxide Analyst-Certified, with a Master Refrigeration II license and a Master Piper Fitters II license behind his name.
He is also still the one who shows up. Free estimates, and the same person who wrote the quote is usually the one on the ladder or under the house finishing the install.

Francine joined Cmags HVAC in 2023, and she is Chris's sister. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Rhode Island College and has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. In practice it means the calls, the scheduling and the paperwork now run through someone who has spent a whole career keeping numbers and people straight, which is not a common thing to find behind a two-van HVAC shop.

Cmags is a name two people painted on a van and bolted to a pole on a Warwick corner in 2013. The sign still reads the phone number, CmagsHvac.com, and est. 2013, because that is when the company actually started and there has been no reason to change it since.
